Listings for all my clients are posted on multiple websites with 16 images of your home.

Your home will be given maximum exposure on the Internet providing you with a multitude of potential customers.   Suffice to say, your home will be aggressively marketed.

Buyers can be sure their home search will be efficient and effective maximizing the opportunity to find just the home they are looking for.

My approach is that of an advisor instead of an agent.  The difference between the two is that an agent sells and tells the client...while the advisor asks questions and listens to find out what the client really wants and then tries to fulfill their desires.    My goal is to help my clients find the house they will be happy going home to every night through asking questions and soliciting feedback.   I want you to be happy in your home!

My Business

My hours are from 8:00 to 6:00 Monday through Friday and Saturday by appointment.   Sunday is my day off.

These hours provide ample time to serve your needs and operate a professional business.

            Listing Appointments require 24 hour advanced notice.

Calls are returned the same day; usually between 10:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M.  

This ensures that when I am showing you homes or consulting with you, you will have my undivided attention.   I pride myself in being attentive to my client’s needs and respecting their time.   The latest I will return your call is within 24 hours.
